"Pawel Grabowski has written a gem of a sales book, for those in the B2B world who are not experienced in sales. He writes in a simple straightforward way -- unlike with some sales books, you don't need formal sales training nor do you need to learn a whole new vocabulary or rigid system. He also does something brilliant: simplifying sales and presenting it as an interaction between two business people that anyone can relate to.
Pawel is an excellent communicator as evidenced by his ebook "Guide to Winning New Work" -- which I strongly recommend.
